The Asutifi South District Assembly held a Heads of Department Management Meeting on Wednesday, 24th June 2026, bringing together all Heads of Department and Unit Heads to deliberate on key administrative and development issues affecting the district.
The meeting focused on resolutions adopted during the General Assembly Meeting held on 26th May 2026, with participants discussing strategies to ensure their effective implementation. Members also reviewed the 2026 District Assemblies Common Fund–Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) Work Plan and Budget to align planned activities with the Assembly’s development priorities.
As part of the agenda, the Departments of Agriculture, Health, and Education presented updates on their First and Second Quarter programmes and activities. The presentations highlighted key achievements, ongoing interventions, challenges encountered, and priorities for the remainder of the year, providing management with an opportunity to assess progress and strengthen interdepartmental coordination.
The meeting concluded with renewed commitments from Heads of Department and Unit Heads to work collaboratively in implementing Assembly decisions, improving service delivery, and advancing the socio-economic development of the Asutifi South District.
