Human Resource Department

The Human Resource Department coordinates all human resource programmes and organizes staff training and capacity-building activities within the assembly.

The Department is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of human resources by implementing institutional policies relating to employment, personnel administration, wages, and salaries into sound management practices. It also maintains and updates staff records regularly to ensure accuracy and efficiency in administrative operations.

Additionally, the Department promotes effective interdepartmental and intradepartmental collaboration to enhance staff performance, productivity, and professional development. It plays a key role in strengthening the capacity, skills, and knowledge of staff through continuous training and development programmes.

The Human Resource Department also prepares reports on all human resource-related activities and ensures the welfare of staff members while supporting performance appraisal processes for effective service delivery within the Assembly.
