Executive Committee Meeting Held on 16th October 2025
The Executive Committee of the District Assembly held its regular meeting on Monday, 27th October 2025, at the District Assembly Conference Hall. The meeting was chaired by the Hon. Amoateng and attended by Heads of Department and Sub-Committee Chairpersons.
The meeting began with the reading and adoption of the previous minutes, followed by discussions on matters arising. Members reviewed progress made on earlier decisions and addressed challenges affecting project implementation.
Reports from the various Sub-Committees were presented, highlighting achievements, ongoing activities, and areas that require attention.
Key among the discussions was the presentation and consideration of important planning and financial documents, including the 2026 Draft Annual Action Plan, Composite Budget, Fee-Fixing Resolution, and the Revenue Improvement Action Plan (RIAP). Each document was reviewed carefully, and members made inputs to ensure they reflect the Assembly’s development priorities for the coming year.
In remarks, the District Chief Executive thanked members for their contributions and encouraged continued teamwork and dedication towards achieving the Assembly’s goals.
The meeting ended successfully with a shared commitment to improve service delivery and promote development across the district.
