Client Services Unit
The Client Services Unit serves as the communication and public relations hub of the District Assembly, with the primary responsibility of creating awareness and informing the public about the Assembly’s programmes, policies, projects, and activities.
The Unit facilitates effective communication and interaction between the District Assembly, community members, development partners, and both internal and external stakeholders. Through stakeholder engagement and information dissemination, the Unit promotes transparency, accountability, and public participation in local governance and development processes.
In addition, the Client Services Unit is responsible for promoting and effectively communicating the Assembly’s policies, programmes, procedures, processes, and activities to the public and relevant stakeholders using appropriate communication channels.
The Unit also receives and responds to public enquiries, complaints, suggestions, and feedback to improve service delivery and strengthen the relationship between the Assembly and the communities it serves. Through efficient communication and stakeholder relations, the Unit contributes significantly to enhancing public confidence, awareness, and community involvement in the Assembly’s development agenda.
